About Alliance Health Advisors

Alliance Health Advisors is a licensed independent insurance agency. We help consumers compare and enroll in health insurance plans offered through the ACA marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, HealthCare.gov, or any federal or state agency.

SMS Terms of Service

  1. By opting into this service you can expect to receive customer service and account-related messages regarding your health insurance policy from Alliance Health Advisors! Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
  2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting it with your phone number. The box is not pre-checked, and checking it is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Alliance Health Advisors.

We do not share consumer opt in consent with any 3rd parties. Mobile data consent will not be shared with any 3rd parties through this SMS channel.
